Off-site shredding is a cost-effective and efficient method for companies that don't require shredding on-site.
Our uniformed, bonded and fully-insured destruction specialist collects your materials and securely transports them in locked containers in an enclosed, locked, GPS-tracked OMS truck to our secured and monitored shredding facility. Your materials are then shredded under strictly controlled conditions in accordance with legal requirements, government regulations and NAID Certified® specifications. Our facility employs a monitored security system with 24/7/365 closed circuit surveillance and a 24/7/365 locked door policy. You are always welcome to witness the destruction.
A Certificate of Destruction and a detailed audit trail is issued upon completion, and all shredded paper is recycled.
At the cost-saving off-site rate, a representative from your organization may witness the shredding process at our facility.
For even greater cost savings, companies may deliver their materials to us. We accept deliveries Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 2 pm, by appointment. You are welcome to stay and watch your materials being shredded. A Certificate of Destruction and a detailed audit trail is issued upon completion and all shredded paper is recycled.
